Challenge Fund Awards
The Challenge Fund is the City of Edinburgh Council’s channel for allocating grant funding to the third sector. The Challenge Fund fits around the core Strategic Skills Pipeline contracts, addressing specific barrier removal and responding to niche needs.
The Challenge Fund has evolved to have four dimensions:
- The Challenge Fund – Adult provision
- The Challenge Fund – Youth provision
- The Challenge Fund – Enhanced Pipeline Social Inclusion
- The Challenge Fund – Participatory Budgeting Your Choice: Youth Projects
This evolved structure allows us to commission more focused programmes with an overall strategic fit and to add additional opportunities when funding becomes available
All four of our Challenge Fund grants programmes have now been fully commissioned and new opportunities will not be open until 2017. Any new announcements or opportunities will be made on this page.
